You may return your order within 30 days from the date of the order.
Exchange is not possible: if you need a substitution, please return the item and place a new order.

For a full refund, the item must be returned in its original condition, including all original packaging, parts, accessories, and documentation.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7/10 business days, provided the item meets the conditions stated above.
The refund will be made via the same payment method used to purchase the items. You will receive an email confirmation of the rembursement once it has been completed.
